Graduation Booking for 18 July 2026 held at The Lyric Theatre

Student booking is essential.

Booking Fee: R890 (this includes the rental of the full academic attire according to the course completed and six professional photos as taken by accredited BMT College photographers).
Booking fee per guest (including children over 12 years old): R125.

NOTE: NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 (including babies or infants) WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE VENUE.

The graduation ceremony is a formal ceremony.

Only children over 12 years old will be allowed into the venue.

Parents who fail to make alternative arrangements will forfeit the graduation booking fee, and no refunds will be issued.

The graduation ceremony is the official event at which qualifications are formally conferred. If a graduate is unable to attend, their qualification will be awarded in absentia—meaning it remains officially recognised and recorded, even though the graduate was not present.

All graduates, including those graduating in absentia, must complete the online booking form by 26 June 2026.

Graduates who opt to graduate in absentia must indicate how they wish to receive their certificate and academic transcript:

Collect from BMT College – Documents will be available for collection one month after the ceremony. Graduates must provide at least one working day’s notice and collect during normal office hours.
Courier by BMT College – Documents will be couriered within South Africa at a fee of R585, once payment is received.
Arrange Own Courier – Graduates may organise their own courier service at their own risk, once notified that the documents are ready.

If a third party collects on behalf of a graduate, a signed letter of authorisation, a waiver form, and certified copies of both parties’ IDs are required.

Do you agree and consent to the recording of you and your guests’ images, likenesses and/or sound of your voices on the day of the Graduation by BMT College or its authorised agents as per the media recording release consent and agreement?*

I understand that if I do not consent to the recording of my and my guests’ images, likenesses, and/or sound of our voices on the day of the graduation, that I cannot participate in the graduate group photo, the graduate procession (the graduate march into the graduate hall), or any other public spaces or activities on graduation day that will be recorded. I also understand that the onus will be on me and my guests to make every effort to identify ourselves as non-participants in the normal graduation procedures.

Media Recording Release

I, the undersigned, hereby give consent and agree that Business Management Training College (Pty) Ltd (BMT College), its employees, or agents have the right to record my and my guests’ images, likenesses and/or sound of our voices in any photograph or digital recording beginning on 18 July 2026.

I agree to the voluntary use of these recordings by BMT College in all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of marketing, promotions and BMT College publications, including but not limited to training materials, marketing materials (e.g. prospectus and pamphlets), websites, social media, and newsletters. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

Published recordings will be available to anyone who has access to the BMT College website, social media platforms, or printed materials wherein the recordings feature.

I hereby grant BMT College irrevocable and unrestricted rights and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish or re-publish the recordings. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of these recordings.

I understand and acknowledge that there will be no financial or other remuneration for the recordings, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. This is a voluntary participation, and I am fully aware of the terms.

I hereby agree to and release BMT College or persons acting under its permission or authority from any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of these recordings.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw consent at any time, but such withdrawal cannot occur retroactively. This means BMT College is authorised to use these recordings as indicated until consent is withdrawn and that there is no expectation to remove any recordings that have already been published in whatever format.

I represent that I am at least 18 years old, have read and understood the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement on behalf of myself and my guests.

Media Recording Non-release

I will make every effort during the event to identify myself and my guests as non-participants in recordings of our photographs, digital recordings, and/or voice recordings. I understand and agree that I will not be able to participate in the group photographs, the graduate parade or any other events or spaces being recorded on the day.
